The typical clinic appointment form is a promise: someone reads it, then calls you back. Every hour of waiting costs patients, and five locations multiply the problem by five.
Our approach
We connected the Kids2Dentist website to Dentrix, the system the clinics already run on, through the Henry Schein API. Patients pick a real time slot and the appointment lands directly in their office's schedule. It launched in Visalia and is rolling out to the rest of the offices.
